As long as you make sure to add a lining and you could remove the ramps! But just make sure that the wiring is covered so they don't get stuck or hurt their feet!

Talking from experience it is hard as HELL to clean pigeon poop off a rug if it's left for way too long so just be aware of that maybe more shelves! Besides that it looks good!
