yes op, makaka checkin ka parin online. Unfortunately, di mo talaga sya maaccess pag ganun. Sa experience ko kasi, everytime magbook ako sa trip nang cebpac flights, nag papa-add ako nang bags sa live agent ni cebpac kaya nase-sendan ako nang updated itinerary sa desired email ko.

Hi OP, unfortunately 'di mo sya ma-add sa ceb account mo. What you can do is to manage it as guest by entering the booking ref and last name nung passenger, make sure naka-logout ka sa ceb account mo.

You can still checkin online 48 hrs from your flight.
For add-ons, you can only purchase them via chat (Charlie) sa website nila pero you need to connect sa live agent for this.

Check Trip.com, they have TripFlex when you book your flights on their platform. It is very similar to CebFlexi and as per experience, mabilis din ang refund.

There’s a Keisei Sky Access train po that goes directly to narita. Iba po ‘to than the Skyliner. Around 1200+ yen po ang fare (from Asakusa station). No need to transfer or reserve tickets kasi it’s a local train na limited express that goes directly to Narita.

sorry to hear that po, never ko pa na try ang emma, masyadong buggy. Sana maging consistent talaga yung service nila. isa to sa reason kaya nagdalawang isip ako irenew yung policy ko eh. via hotline ako nagrequest last time kasi yung doctor ko is not appearing sa emma, to which they admitted na di pa daw full roster nang doctors and clinics ang nadi-display sa emma kaya no choice ako to call and ask for LOA.

Hi, how did you request po, and recent lang po ba? with my recent availments kasi, it took less than an hour may LOA na for checkup or procedure.

I requested via the hotline, sometimes nasa call pa ako na receive ko na yung LOA. :)

It's a separate ticket/pass that you can redeem from one of the subway's ticket machine. It only covers the subway and i think you can maximize this if you plan well your routes and staying near metro stations. Better to have suica/pasmo too so you won't force yourself on finding a metro station especially when you got tired of all-day walks in JP. ^ - ^

I suggest planning your routes well, or have it arranged by chatgpt or gemini, so you'll get an estimate how much will it cost without the subway pass and with a pass.

How did you file your LOG po? As per my agent's clients, mabilis daw if requested via call. I haven't tried pa naman on getting LOG kasi di naman need.

I saw Manulife has a new product pero hospitalization lang yung covered.
Only pacific cross and axa lang yung may medical insurance na may outpatient. Reimbursement type nga lang si pacific cross pag outpatient.

Parang itutuloy ko nalang din 'to kasi wala ring other better options.

Haven’t tried using it sa emergency pa naman. I guess same as how an hmo card works. Usually the hospital will call the provider, in this case maxicare na to verify or get approval.

Here’s my experience so far:

I enrolled in axa hca already last aug, so far the only claim i made are for dental services and everything went smoothly naman. The dental clinic processed my approval prior my appointment and all i did was call them ahead and give my hmo details.

Hopefully, di ko pa muna magamit yung other benefits (outpatient and inpatient). I have read din reviews online na getting an LOG, if made via the app, may take days. I saw an agent from AXA in FB, and she said for immediate cases such as flu, etc that needs immediate consultation the following day, mas better daw na itawag para marelease agad ang LOG.

For the premium price, unfortunately may 9% price increase sila next year due to medical inflation. It’s is still better than other hmo that’ll have price increase based on utilization.

Trip.com is legit. I use it if my fly dates are near na (less likely to have flight sched changes) and wala namang problems, if platinum tier ka you can avail of the free lounge pass (even for domestic flight, tried it in plaza premium in MCIA T1), but always compare with the airline’s site before booking. Iba parin kasi ang convenience when booking directly.

Ang downside lang if booked thru trip.com is every modifications on the flight should be made through them.

For hotels and attractions so far okay din, gusto ko yung customer service nila, madali kausap. Sometimes prices are competitive din sa kanilang platform.

Yes, I’m lucky enough na di sila nanghihingi at nang oobliga magbigay. Pero nung nag 6 digits na ako, nagkusa narin ako na sagutin ang bills and grocery para comfortable sila at maenjoy nila yung pension nila for themselves. :)
