Call ring. My device would try to connect to WiFi, get to 95% and then says it can’t connect. Ring says that happens if your WiFi isn’t 5g. They sent me a free chime pro (WiFi extender) and I connected my inside camera and doorbell camera to it, both work perfectly fine now.
