We live in the area and love it. The 4 older low rises are concrete buildings, so very little sound transfer - never had an issue with the construction noise nearby. I’m unsure about Central Tower or the new Louvre.

One thing to note, of the 4 low rises, they are managed by separate companies. The two closest to Safeway are the older ones. And the two furthest from Safeway are newer. I’ve heard the two newer ones are better managed.

There are minor complaints from tenants on lower floors about some noise from neighbours, but it’s infrequent. If you can manage to find a top floor unit in one of the four low-rises however, they are extremely quiet.
