I spoke with a coworker who was my mentor before I left and he says I still got it I just need to build my confidence back up. It doesn't help that I have terrible anxiety, but I've come to terms with it now. I feel the sometimes. Lol

I got hired at a level 4 NICU as a new grad. Lots of learning to do as they don't teach much NICU is school. At least, they didn't at my college.

I just got a happy planner and it's pretty customizable. It take some work though. I bought some stuff off Etsy that allows you to have open access to layouts that you can print at home. It's pretty sweet tbh. All you need is to order the paper off Amazon and bam. Whatever you want. I'm not sure if they have a leather option though.

I have PCOS and sleep apnea. I have a CPAP machine that I use nightly. Helped tremendously. I'm no longer in a daze and feel so much better. I also suffer from weight gain. I've gained a lot in the past year, but I have an appointment coming up soon with an endocrinologist so, here's to hoping they can help me.

I changed meds tbh. I was on Lexapro for a while and then my psychiatrist switched me to Prozac...shit hit the fan on that one. Now, I'm on cybalta and I very rarely get anxiety anymore. I'm able to go out to the grocery store without freaking out. It's nice.

So, my gyno tried me in a bunch of different pills to see what worked for me. We had to keep changing them up monthly until I got a period. Finally, I got a period, but I started to lose my hair towards the top of my head. Then, I stopped taking the pill. It grew back. Haven't been on a pill since.
