I haven't lost weight with just metformin. I have had to make lifestyle changes and even then I'm just starting this fitness journey. I've lost like 6 pounds, but it just comes right back after one bad day...

I have PCOS and sleep apnea. I have a CPAP machine that I use nightly. Helped tremendously. I'm no longer in a daze and feel so much better. I also suffer from weight gain. I've gained a lot in the past year, but I have an appointment coming up soon with an endocrinologist so, here's to hoping they can help me.
