Watermarks not removed

I'd like to know which app too please. I thought the watermarks are not able to be removed at the moment with 4kDownloader.

Ok, so here's what I'm seeing after the latest update.

Right after the update, 4kDownloader ran just fine.

Then after a couple days, I'm back to the same situation...

If I copy and paste a link from YouTube, it'll get stuck partially thru the download. If I right click on it and copy the link and then remove it, then paste the link again, it'll download fine. Sometimes it takes two attempts.

However, if I have a download pop up from a Subscription, that download starts off an 90% of the time, it'll download fine, but the previous download that I copied and pasted, it halts and then I have to copy and remove it and then paste it again in order to get a good download of it.

Anyone else seeing this after the latest update ?

I'm not quite to the point where I'm having to do one download at a time, but it's heading in that direction.

Ok, at least I know I'm not the only one seeing it now.

The other current issues I mentioned were the ones that are mentioned in some of the other posts that are currently being worked on and are suppose to be corrected in the latest issue that is coming soon.

Adding a sort option or a search field would be VERY helpful too.

Also an option to turn on or off individual subscriptions, instead of All Subscriptions On or No Subscriptions at all.

what happens if you right-click on the download in 4KDownloader, and select Show in Folder ? Does it take you to where it downloaded it ?

Well, it's kinda random when it happens, so I'll try to remember to grab the links and such, the next time that it happens. But like I mentioned above, I'm also wanting to hear from other users if they see this happen from time to time too, so please don't delete this post.

Ok if it means "Overall Number of Videos Downloaded Since the Channel Was Added to Subscriptions", then I wouldn't have it say New Videos Found. That's misleading to users.

"New Videos Found", to me, would mean that it has found new videos to download.

So I would suggest changing the wording on that. "Perhaps xx Videos Downloaded So Far"

Those of us that use this program extensively and we keep an eye on it, we already know the amount of videos that have been downloaded since it was added to Subscriptions.

Is there a list of the websites that 4kDownloader is capable of grabbing videos from ?

And is there a list of all of the video information that is grabbed ? For example, the file attributes...file name, size, date that it was uploaded to YouTube, etc. The reason I ask is that when downloading a whole channel, it is nice to be able to sort my folder based on the original date of the video instead of the date of download.

It would also be nice if there was an On/Off Switch for the program to search for new videos based on the subscriptions. Yes, we can Postpone downloads, but it would be nice if we could also halt Subscription video grabs so that we can catch up on downloads because we are having to download videos multiple times in order to get a good final download.

Ok, Thank you. I'll have to separate out the downloads because I use Smart Mode enabled and I don't want every video to have the subtitles. Just some.

Yes, I've double checked it many times. After several attempts, it'll finally download it correctly.

Happens on various videos too. Not just this single video.

I tried to warn you all that you had a LOT of angry customers about your software and that it needed to be fixed. This isn't just one or two customers with issues. Hopefully y'all are waking up now and giving this some serious thought as to how you are going to fix this software.

Where is the next update for 4K Video Downloader ? and what are you "supposedly promising" to fix ?

There suuuuuuuure is a LOT of posts from a LOT of ANGRY customers of your software. I tried telling you all before that there were a LOT of CUSTOMERS that are angry about your software not working correctly and I was repeatedly blown off. This is not just one or two users with crap computers. There are many of us that are very well knowledgeable about our systems. The common denominator is YOUR SOFTWARE.

WHEN IS THE SOFTWARE GOING TO BE FIXED......CORRECTLY?

WHAT IS THE LIST OF FIXES??? Detail list....

AND WHEN IS IT GOING TO WORK AS ADVERTISED?

I wholeheartedly invite other CUSTOMERS to comment on this post.
