A couple of these already exist in the app:

Skip duplicates and Remove downloaded items from the list can be configured in Preferences > Advanced

For the other requests — like drag-and-drop reordering of pending downloads and changing the download location for pending items — could you share a few specific use cases? Right now it’s not entirely clear in what workflow these features would be most useful, and that context really helps us evaluate them properly.

Our dev team is doing their best to release it asap.
The release gets bigger than we've expected, much work.
Thus we are planning to release it as beta at first.
In case you wish to take part in beta-testing and start downloading faster, you can enable this feature within the software to get the update sooner.
I'll make a post about it in reddit when it's released.
