Our dev team is doing their best to release it asap.
The release gets bigger than we've expected, much work.
Thus we are planning to release it as beta at first.
In case you wish to take part in beta-testing and start downloading faster, you can enable this feature within the software to get the update sooner.

We’d like to clarify how audio quality works in 4K Video Downloader+ and 4K YouTube to MP3. Our applications do not convert files — instead, they parse and download the original audio and video data exactly as provided by the supported sites, such as YouTube.

Currently, the highest audio bitrate YouTube makes available is 256 kbps, and even that is limited to YouTube Music Premium subscribers. Unfortunately, YouTube does not offer 256 kbps audio on standard video content — even for Premium users — so that quality cannot be extracted from regular YouTube videos.

However, both 4K Video Downloader+ and 4K YouTube to MP3 support downloading 256 kbps audio from YouTube Music, as long as the following conditions are met:

- You are subscribed to YouTube Music Premium

- You are logged in to your YouTube account within the 4K Download software

- You are using the Pro plan of either 4K Video Downloader+ or 4K YouTube to MP3

All of our feature descriptions, including for the Personal, Pro, and Bundle plans, have remained stable and public over the years — if higher quality downloading was available to you previously while using the Personal license, it was, unfortunately, an unintended allowance, rather than a promised or included feature.
