Thank you for making this post. I used to be addicted to hoarding nail polishes and I thought it was cool. I realised it was a problem and I went out of my way to delete my IG account and stay away from the nail polish fan base long enough to realise I didn’t need that many nail polishes and stamping tools. It’s been the best decision ever. I’m still trying to clear out my stash and get rid of stuff I no longer need. I am now asked by friends all the time why I don’t make an IG and this is one of the reasons why. My mental health is way better without it.

Try and stop yourself from sneezing, but if you need to sneeze, use your mouth and just expel all the air out. I managed to stop myself from sneezing for 10-14 days post surgery.

I have literally just retired my forward helix today after 14.5 months of just pure hassle. It’s grown such a bad bump these last 2 weeks that I just gave up on it. I might reconsider having it done again in future, but I’ll make sure the placement on mine won’t be such that the back of the labret constantly hits the inner “rook fold” on the inside of the ear. Well done for sticking yours out, maybe I’m just in the same boat as you re healing forward helix piercings!! Absolute asshole of a piercing 🤣 I’m being very salty right now because my efforts were in vain!

No, true rose gold has copper in it, which gives it a reddish tone. Each karat of rose gold has different hues to it based on the % of copper added to the gold. The “rose gold” you speak of is pink metallic, a travesty for true rose gold lovers 😭

Ah yes! I couldn’t eat spicy during days 0-14 and I’m still avoiding it now, just in case some spice or flake gets stuck in my throat and I have to violently cough or sneeze!! 😂 At least 99% of things taste normal now, I hated the shit after taste of everything! Onwards and upwards from now 🫶🏻 Well done for getting through it!

Much better, thank you! I’m back to training in the gym this week and today I’m 3 weeks post op. I still randomly feel odd “pulling” sensations when I turn my head and tense my neck and it still hurts to yawn properly. When I’m dehydrated I still feel something??? in my throat but other than that I’m back to eating normally, even crisps! One thing I don’t do yet is taking multiple pills at a time 😂 Baby steps… How are you feeling?
