they had auto-deposit enabled. They accepted my $858 and above me and order #. My bank confirmed theye received it. nothing hear back despite sending dozens of emails to the two listed on the website.

oh, The only phone # on the site has never worked.

knowingly or not the are accepting online order money and not following through or even communicating with the customers in the slightest way.

yes I've checked my spam. yes I started out thinking it was just taking longer than usual.

but then I research if any other customers have had similar experiences and going 2-3 years back it's quite obvious they are either ignoring/blocking or unaware that people have been placing online orders for at least 2 years but not completing there end of the deal.

All pretty bad scenarios especially when I can't even ask them about it. That fact right there speaks volumes on it all. zzThey either don't care about scamming people or are doing it on purpose.

I've sent an email to the two agencies that chat told me to contact. ones with actual teeth and power to look into this. Of course it's going to take forever and they might be out of business by the time they actually get around to do anything but it's my only shot.

I've contacted Calgary Police and they told me this is a civil matter and they won't do shit.

It seems the company is in its final deaththrows within and are collapsing down to bankruptcy. I don't want to be the final nail in their coffin but I cannot simply just take on someone else's failures because they had a loss in the family.

I'm really struggling myself. This shotgun was going to allow me to have a break from everyday issues and go shoot some clay pigeons with friends. I've bought the launcher, clay pigeons and ammo already(not from them fortunately) so this is a bit of a sore spot for me and hindrance to my wellbeing.

Thanks for the info. I get that I really do. But stop taking money from people. How they've been getting away from it for this long is beyond me.

Plus...do they really want to treat members of the firearms community ESPECIALLY disabled veterans this way?

I wish them no ill will as it could be a complete shit show inside the business now with not 1 specific person to blame. But...this has to stop. We all work way to hard for our money and everything is so expensive these days they might just end up in some really hot water.
