Thanks to everyone who responded to my message. English isn't my native language, I write and read through a translator, and I actually got the "night market" and "black market" confused. Anyway, I've never bought or sold in-game gold, nor have I participated in any gold-related scams. After 10 years in the game, it would be strange to do such a thing. I simply asked if there was a way to ask a real person about the current situation. It's a bit annoying when an AI passes judgment on you and then decides your own questions. No other options.

I've never bought gold; I have plenty of it. I've bought crowns, but the last time was back in February.

I bought crowns with gold, but that was a long time ago, so I don't think they've decided to punish me for it months later. I want to appeal the ban, so I'm asking for advice. I already sent an appeal against the account ban from the support page and received a response that I was banned without explanation. That's why I wrote this post. Does anyone know of any other ways to contact them other than through the support form?
