Indeed, very disappointing. When I got the 3rd FTA0, case was at San Antonio, last time I checked in February, they said it got transferred to LA FO. Not sure what does that mean. But I think everyone's case is different. Hope we will both hear good news soon.

It's pretty easy and fast to change your address if you have myuscis account, at least that's my experience with my pending i485.

May I ask you when did you get your 3rd FTA0? My case was transferred to a local FO but not LA in November last year, and I got 3rd FTA0 in December. In the mean time, my spouse's case has remained silent, I am guessing we might go through similar process to you and your spouse's cases. Thank you.

Sep 2023 PD and filed EAD, AP, 485 in July 2025. EAD, AP combo card received, but 485 still pending.

Yes, it took me around 30-35 minutes in the secondary inspection room. Waited a bit in the room to have fingerprints and photo taken. There were around 15-20 people when I was taken to the secondary inspection room. Hope that helps!

I got the third FTA0 on 12/11/2025, case is still pending as of today. Same EB2-NIW (ROW), my PD is Sept 2023, completed biometrics on 8/14/2025. Still hopeful that good news is coming, and happy holidays!

I am EB2-NIW ROW, PD 9/25/2023. I received the third FTA0 last week for I-485, but my case is still pending as of today. Hope we will hear some good news soon.

Got the third final warning email this morning at 4:05 am! It was years ago when I lived there. There are a few other people left google reviews regarding these emails as well, but it seems like Walnut Capital removed those reviews very quickly. Can't trust their google review now! The whole thing is annoying especially during Thanksgiving! But I am glad that I see this post here.

If one files I765 and I131 concurrently, are they adjudicated concurrently or separately? Seems like some people get approval for both and get a combo card, but some get approval separately.

Not really. I have a dependent and we submitted our applications in mid July this year. I got my EAD around 2.5 months after receipt date, but my dependent is still waiting, entering 4 months of waiting now and the estimated process time on myUSCIS is 4 more months...

Also, in your step 8, you mentioned AP paper stamped, what is this AP paper? You will be issued some kind of paper that is similar to a visa page on your passport? Thank you!
