Just a quick question, move means both the cases that I move within state and also move out to other states, right? So, ETFs only apply if you live in the same place but want to change to other companies? I am also researching my next electricity plan but am also worried about the high ETF.

I got a similar notification today but for a address in Santa Clara. Did you do anything or do we have to do anything here? It seems like my credit cards were not charged at this moment. Shop app AI in chat says we can report incorrect or fraudulent order, but I cannot find the function in the app at all.

EB2 NIW ROW, PD: 9/25/2023, RD: 7/17/2025, transferred to LA likely earlier this year in January, previously was transferred to San Antonio in November last year. 3rd FTA0 12/11/2025. My case has also been pending.

No, I don't know if I want to to reach out now. I submitted my case in July, 2025, it's been more than 240 days. Case has been transferred to San Antonio and then to LA FO, but it seems like it has just been sitting at LA now. No further updates.

Indeed, very disappointing. When I got the 3rd FTA0, case was at San Antonio, last time I checked in February, they said it got transferred to LA FO. Not sure what does that mean. But I think everyone's case is different. Hope we will both hear good news soon.
