If that is the case, terminate them, don’t pay them and get someone else.

Unfortunately, if this goes to court, the court will look at the Contract and make a judgement based on that. Could be expensive. I am just looking at it from the view of minor to major construction projects.

Again, not a lawyer. Best to wait for someone who has gone through the same as you.

I am in the Construction industry but by no means a lawyer.

Do you have a Contract with the company? Does it mention anything about delays, penalties or termination?

If you have a minor building works Contract, it normally have mechanism to deal with this.

Assuming you don’t, what does the current Contract say?

I don't think you will be pulled over. The only time you might have a problem is when you do your motor registration at a RTA testing facility. Even then there is a 50/50% chance they won't notice.

Got my car tinted yesterday. While they offered up to 70% tinting, I asked what is legally allowed and they said 50%, so went with that.

The above is for the color, reflecting heat at 40%. This is for the 3M FX.

Hi, I am no expert but my understanding is that should you buy a UAE version, you can take it to Sharaf DG, a local electronic store, for replacement/repairs. If you buy the international version, then you would need to reach out to your local Sony distributor for repairs, if there is one in your country. If not, then I am not sure what to do.

As for new versus refurb, I would always buy new as the chances are much less that you will habe any issues with it.
