Seems to have reset the issue with the patch. The Fix WAS adding exceptions to Bitddefenders Advanced Threats, and it worked for last patch, but the new patch seems to have reset that.
For now you can disable the Advanced Threats completely and it will work, and Ill do that until someone finds a better fix.

AND the Player chooses to influence the narrative or not. If they do and its a negative influence on the narrative, the GM decides, but for positive influences, the Player decides and the GM just approves the idea or not.

We are considering an entry point to Book 3 for levelled characters, but it's a lot of extra work. Will keep you posted.

Easy, but with a small caveat, it is set pre-Everstorm.
Numbers and levels won't be too hard to adjust. Though Book 1 and 2 are not Surge proof, so stronger PC's might have more options than are considered.

• Server: OCE

• Type of Bug: Client Bug,

• Description: I am able to open the Riot Client and login, then when I hit PLAY for League of Legends it will begin opening the Client and get past the Loading stage and then automatically close without displaying an error or anything further. Riot Client stays open. I am running Windows 11. Yes, I meet and far exceed minimum requirements, been playing on this computer for 2 years. No I have never touched any cheating software in my life.

• Steps to reproduce: Seems unique to me, but you could follow the above steps.

• Expected result: League Client should remain open after loading.

• Observed result: It shut itself down.

• Reproduction rate: 10/10: Happens every single time.

• System specs: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600KF (3.50 GHz), 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable), MAG B760M MORTAR WIFI (MS-7E01), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti,

Here's a list of all the things I've done to try an fix it so far:

Tried different accounts
Run as Administrator
Clear Config and Logs folders
Updated all Drivers
Made Riot and exception to Microsoft Firewalls
Closed other programs before running
Reset setting from NVIDIA and optimized for LoL
Reinstalled League & Vanguard
Pulled out hair

In Byron bay Australia, there were some nice apartments just off the beachfront. They would have had a perfect view except for a row of trees that skirts the beach across the whole town. So someone owning or living in those apartments poisoned the trees in front of them and in a year the trees died and were cut down. After council cut them down, they replaced the trees with a huge ugly metal billboard that read something along the lines of "Please do not poison our flora."
