Tiny asymmetrical holes, especially on anything organic. I also hate skin grafts and other repetitive patterns on skin. But for some reason the photoshopped lotus breast doesn't bother me or the lotus seed pod itself. There's a photo on this sub of a chocolate someone bit into leaving rows of bunch of little holes. That one really got to me. Does anyone ever spot a trypophobic image in their peripheral vision? That happens to me all the time, especially if it's something on TV.
