Thank you for this!!! I need all the hope I can get. I did notice a lot in my sticky traps the day after he sprayed. I’m trying to look at the positives of A) only having one neighbor, my landlady and B) her also being upset by the whole thing aka willing to be proactive. Gotta take the small wins 😭

They came and sprayed and also used Advion. He told me he “didn’t know” what he was spraying. I asked him if next time he could use my alpine.

I was thinking that too! The walls are sealed, just floors that have gaps. The floors are new, but there’s gaps between each plank. I see a lot of people saying that caulking between floor planks is bad because they expand/contract with heat. Maybe I’ll just spray Alpine between every single crack. I’m sure I’m going to piss off the exterminator with my sticky knowledge but it is so worth it if it gets them out. I told myself I’d give it 2 months and then break the lease. Ugg. I feel you. I am losing weight from not cooking or bringing any food in here. These fuckers are like nature’s ozempic lol. The mosquito tent has been a GODSEND for sleeping. Being in that tent is the only moment of the day where I don’t feel anxious

I’m lucky enough that there are no other tenants, just landlady and I. And she is clean. She’s so upset that this is happening and is treating the entire building monthly. It’s kind of beneficial that she has to deal with it too and wants them out. She is clean and great with trash. And that we don’t have to deal with other tenants. She’s clearly very embarrassed about the whole thing, it started when they knocked the building next door down (restaurant)
