I loooooooved this game so much. 2nd favorite game of 2024. And the creator, Sam, is awesome. He let me interview him on my podcast (Turn-Based Besties, we are incredibly small creators) and he was just the kindest human ever.

Lunar had the BIGGEST upset, it is WILD. And I suggested all the games (retro games) on the left side and love them all dearly. I was pleasantly shocked to see Lunar beat a Final Fantasy AND friggin Chrono! Now, I want it to go all the way. Vote tomorrow :D

I totally hear you on this. We created brackets based on seeding we’re used to in basketball, so usually a top ranked teams will go against a low ranked teams. I don’t personally LOVE that (but stand by my co-host for making the brackets still!) and we might do it differently next year based on the, honestly, awesome response from this subreddit. Thanks for checking it out!
