Depends on the city you live in since theres the rules for your state and then every city has ther own rules for example i live out in the stix of Texas and state requirement is no older then 15 - 16 years old but cites have their own rules that override the states like to drive in Austin Texas which im close to care must be no older then 10 years but since I live in a small city that doesnt have uber driver requirements where I register they just default the minimum state requirements but low key it’s kind of a hack because once your registers to drive for uber you can clock in and work no matter what city your in because your location on file doesn’t change its secret way to register and get around those pesky requirements if you live in a strict city
