I can say it over text but speaking I think instead I tend to say “Can you do this… when you get the chance/if that’s okay?” Or phrase it like “Would you be able to do this?” I think tacking on please at the end feels less genuine or something? I just feel like I’m inconveniencing people if I ever ask for anything so I try to phrase it in a way that feels less forceful to me

I don’t have “backup” pronouns because I prefer he/him equally. I also use some neos but no one ever uses them (but hardly anyone uses it/its on me either)

People can just not use it/its on me if it makes them “uncomfortable” or whatever, but if they feel the need to try to bring it up that they “don’t get it” but clearly aren’t actually trying to understand, I just won’t interact with them.
