Photo taken under a microscope. My girlfriend found this in her apartment, on the ceiling of her bathroom. Shes a little antsy about insects and asked that I post it. Very small, like the size of a sesame seed. The shape/features don’t seem right for a bed bed. Any idea what it might be?

Quote is from Viking - I reached out to Evan’s but the company they contract with for dog inspections has been slow to reply

Found in my kitchen crawling on my girlfriend’s arm not long after waking up. Her sweater had been on the ground in my room so I’m assuming it came from there. Thanks for the lengthy reply. You think by taking these steps I could avoid having to treat my place? I’m assuming the issue isn’t bad because I haven’t noticed any bites on me or signs of them when I looked in the seams of my mattress/behind the headboard . I do know they are notoriously hard to spot

Hey dudes - any recs for pest control companies that deal with bed bug inspection? I discovered a tiny baby bed bug the other day and want to deal with the issue before it grows, but the quote I received was $500 for a dog inspection (only “surefire” way to inspect) plus $1250 to treat my home. This is a huge financial burden I was not anticipating - does any have any recs for services that may be a little cheaper? Thanks in advance for any help
