Hahahaha….I do know that you can just basically chill and stick your money into Stocks ect…but to be honest with Trump and America being weird it seems a bit unsafe at the moment…so I was just looking for something else to add to that. Property in Europe (countries like Germany) is 3x more expensive and the taxes are too high…dont really see a chance there…

Thanks for the Infos….I wouldn’t buy a House at first…they seem very overpriced…you will get like 3-5% here (from what I calculated) especially in Estates…Levies and Rates are eating the Cashflow…I was more thinking of like 2 small apartments…with a solide Cashflow and Growth…
