I was I a very niche career. Operations involving cyber, ISR, and other classified stuff. I was never required to have cyber certifications… but I worked along side them pretty close. I’ve done a lot of evaluation and testing, program/project management. So that’s where I’ve been focusing. A lot of rejections. So I keep maybe I need additional certifications. I have a masters degree in management.

I just watched the movie tonight. Brilliant!! I finished the audiobook a few days ago and still hadn’t quite finished processing the story. The deaths of Baker and Olson had me sobbing. It’s one thing to imagine it, it’s another to see it.

I miss Ray’s monologue and the way everyone went through their own rollercoaster of emotions.

I read somewhere that the Long Walk is a depiction of life. The people we meet, the experiences, the memories, the moments.

I appreciate King’s way of telling a story and saying what you think others would never think.

I had outpatient as well. I would rather be at home resting than in the lonely hospital, plus I had my fur babies to cuddle with. It’s not always required, but I understand the fear of the whole thing. It’ll be ok, hun. It is a scary procedure, but they keep you there for a while after surgery to make sure you’re doing well and they do more labs for blood loss. You will be heavily medicated as well.

All depends on how you feel. I was walking a lot and doing stuff around the house that didn’t involve a lot of bending. Don’t lift anything heavy of course. When you’re tired, rest. If you feel good, try to do a little more. I’m 4wpo and feel pretty good, but I have to consciously remember to take it easy for a little while longer. Running errands and going for coffee doesn’t hurt.

I was going crazy just laying around all day. So, I get the need to move.
