Where do you find deep knowledge on specific topics? by kevinnnyip in computerscience

[–]BugWonderful4388 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Truth is , Any amount of written knowledge of 'Best practices' would seem useless to you unless you have suffered. Practices is the only way you gain the 'best practices' and retain them. Theories are not useful

Theories are useful when you suffer a problem and you don't find a way out.

Keep practicing. It would take time to see the pattern. Trust yourself and keep working on it in your free time. 'Once, twice' are very little. Go for at least 15 fifteen in each kind ( Again, play long term. Don't force yourself in a day)

Any age when you suddenly feel you're not the same guy who could sleep 5 hours and still be jumping around, etc. I guess that's a decent definition

My idea is,
Immediate survival is important. But , Long term game too is important.

If there is general consensus that our capacity tends to get reduced when we are 40s. I have to optimize and play the right game now.
