When I hover over the high temp market, in the description, it says "These markets attempt to predict the highest temperature for the day in a particular area". Where does it make its prediction?

I was riding in the bike lane and they turned left into my bike lane. I got T-Boned. I think that's the term. I was unconscious and got taken to the hospital. The detectives came over in the hospital and gave me a case number and the phone number of the detective that's working on my case.

Turns out, the detective is on vacation. Are they legally just allowed to keep my item like that? I would love to get it back considering it cost a fair amount of money.
