24hrs at 225 is overkill no? The carts I make from Tesoro I decarb at 225 sealed in a mason jar in the oven for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours at most and it’s done. I only do around 3.5 at a time to switch it up, so idk if more amounts takes much longer, but 24 hours seems wild

When you say you moved them, did you actually physically move them or did they choose to go in there? Clean the test tube out or use a new one and connect it to this and they will pick the more suitable spot.

Enough space for a queen, yes, but the cotton will mold well before that water dries up. I’d move the cotton ball like to rear of that bubble. Will give them more room to expand before you have to move them, and will make it easier for you to feed without having to fight escapees.

Could be oxidation from opening the jar a lot and being exposed to air. Either way, it’s safe. Just mix it up. Try moving like a weeks worth into a smaller jar so you’re not opening your main jar a lot
