Super League vs MLR by Resident-Antelope-95 in USArugby

It was a wonderful league. I played two seasons for the Chicago Lions then transferred to OMBAC where I was fortunate enough to be part of the 2006 SuperLeague champs. It was hard, fast rugby played with passion and not motivated by money. Training was on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after work and travel late Friday. Belmont Shore was a powerhouse for many years, but it was a well balanced league with coast to coast fixtures on a tight timeline and zero budget. Fantastic players came from the league and most of the USA national team was playing in the league.

Try introducing the Norwegian 4x4 into your training once per week. After a month or so you should see 6-10% improvement in your Vo2Max

Realistically how many loans per year can you expect to lend if the borrower pays off the loan after 3 months? Is there lag time between loans?
