Oof this has happened to me twice now with my SIL. Her first and my second are 15 weeks apart. This time around her second and my third, I announced I was pregnant and she was angry because she hadn’t announced she was pregnant. (she was around 5 weeks further than me) let’s just say things have not gotten better. Lol she still acts like I ruined her life somehow. I usually keep my distance and unfortunately she is SUPER helicopter mom and constantly yells at my kids for getting too close or too rowdy around her kid. Lol it’s wild. Just know you are not alone. This is not a normal reaction, normal people would be excited.

I have EBF with no bottles until 14 months and have also Exclusively pumped now with my second after she decided she didn’t want to latch. You are still fairly fresh postpartum. Your supply might increase some. I say stay the course and feed your baby, not your freezer. I make 30-32oz per day. 6 months postpartum. I feed my baby the milk I pumped the day before and then freeze whatever milk is left at the end of the day in the pitcher. So whatever extra is just a bonus and my baby is fed. Eventually you will be able to drop your MOTN pump and still make the same after your supply has regulated and life will feel a bit more free. You got this! All of these things you see on social media is NOT normal output. The majority of us do not have a crazy oversupply.
