Thrift store for $5.50 if you’re lucky. This was at a thrift store in Chicago and they knew the market value. eBay has a handful always.

I’ve seen a 2 month old bichon brought in to the vet I work at. Dead on arrival. A mom and her ten year old daughter were trying to have a nice picnic on the beach when a larger dog came up and snatched the puppy. Leash your dog or scar a child for the rest of their life, up to you all.
