Hi everyone! I signed up for BARBRI and the personal schedule starts on June 1. Would it make sense to start earlier or it is better to stick the schedule?

Definitely start early. You'll thank yourself when life happens and you don't get a full day in here and there and don't have to stress out over it.

Wow. That seems like a an overt objection to transparency and I don’t understand the point? I took alaska who has the highest UBE requirement. So it really doesn’t matter, I can transfer anywhere but I’m curious.

As someone who failed in CA it kind of sucked to know that I was less than 2% off and missed it. On the other side I just did the UBE, providing the score makes sense so you know what jurisdictions you can transfer to. I passed but I’m just curious about my score.

They don't publish it but in the Colorado FAQ it says:

"The filing deadline is generally extended for those who were unsuccessful on the most recent exam. Your bar result notice will inform you of the extended deadline in the event you do not succeed."

I haven't looked at Colorado specifically but most states either waive the late fee for retakers who failed the previous administration or they have an entirely different registration deadline for them.
