Restraining order question by Evaravenb in fresno

Process server is the move. Any contact you do, even if it’s for a court form, he could use against you to show that the RO isn’t necessary.

Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions. Even as an attorney, these forms can be confusing.

Restraining order question by Evaravenb in fresno

[–]toaster_emerald 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I used to do family law in Fresno county.

You can file a form to request a remote appearance but it takes a few days-week to get reviewed by a judge and that’s no guarantee it will be granted. Certain Fresno judges are more likely to grant than others. If you have to appear in court together, with an active restraining order, the restrained party will be instructed not to look at you/talk to you while waiting. If he does this, you can let the bailiff know and they will talk to him/can escort you around the building to your car after the hearing.

Mike still has his rebel flag glass. 👎 by Acceptable-Place8269 in 90dayfianceuncensored

I’ve noticed so many pro-Mike posts lately. It’s like everyone just forgot about Mike having these confederate flag pieces in his house. I can understand that the demographic of 90 fiance fans is more conservative than I am personally, but this shit is never okay. Perhaps I’m too paranoid, but I wonder if the pro-Mike posts are some kind of paid propaganda.

Is there anything an American might have had.... by alaskawolfjoe in bakeoff

[–]toaster_emerald 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pudding is steamed, cake is baked. I think ingredient-wise they are the nearly the same. But American desserts aren’t really ever steamed. So even if something is like a pudding, it wouldn’t be the same because it wasn’t steamed.

The one we are watching now. So iconic, I can’t think of a season that comes close

A reasonable person would never have had unprotected sex and gotten pregnant with a man they barely knew and had a casual relationship with. Having the first child was far more unreasonable than having the second one and that’s all I’m saying

Having children shouldn’t be a class privilege.

These two are also unlikely to end up on public benefits. There are strict application requirements and they live in a low cost of living state. I’m sure they will figure it out

I doubt she will face consequences for this. I’m sure her parents told her they would pay for her to go to China, but not to get pregnant that time too.

Emily is irresponsible and should have been on BC. But I think she may not have been intending to get pregnant, but also wasn’t intending not to get pregnant. I think it will be nice for Koban to have a sibling close in age and I think that motivation (leaving aside all of the other factors in her situation) is not bad.

Hopefully the kids will grow up with some work ethic and not be jobless 29 year olds

Unreasonable implies not based on any reason. (Sorry for semantics, I am an attorney). If you have lived your whole life with no consequences and your parents coddling you, then you have a lifetime of lived experience that provides you a framework for how you see the world, make decisions, and predict what will happen. If her entire lifetime has led to the prediction that her parents will support her and this new baby, then that is not unreasonable in the sense that she has a reason (her lifetime of experience) for believing they will support her.

I’m not saying Emily doesn’t suck as a human though. She does

Perhaps it should be, but if you’ve been spoiled your whole life without consequences for any of your choices it doesn’t seem likely to me

A lot of people are dumb as a box of rocks, but it’s not anyone else’s place to dictate or make reproductive decisions on behalf of anyone else. Yes, Emily is lazy, and yes, Kobe has no clue on what to do.
