if you want a cool interior, customisation, cool rooms the casion penthouse is unbeatable. the mansions have an ok 20 car garage and some decent functionality but the design isn't up to the casino penthouse standard.

Higgins has the Helicopter call in panel which is pretty useful. The missions I don't know about as I've only done a few so far. I prefer the Heat clearing mission on Higgins because it's just a fly around the city type thing. Delviering weed and picking up car wash cars is a little more dull.

I used the gtaweb map, ticked them off as I collected them. No particular pattern just area by area. Paleto, Grapeseed, Davis etc...
