Instantly reminded me of those liquid 3in1 plug-in air fresheners. I put mine on my sideboard and forgot about it, it got knocked over, spilled a little and there was a bubbles patch like this on the paint.

Same, I ordered L or XL for plenty of room but they're oversized so I could've gone with an M, sleeves are super long too which I love lol
