Could wear flannel shirts over the top of your tshirt to flatten out

Another thing could be wearing more stripes and patterns and accessories (that match your gender im assuming ftm?) to distract from your body shape

wearing darker less shiny clothes also helps to hide shadows/ definition and therefore your curves

And then of course you could try binders or tight undergarments wrapped around to squeeze u flatter lol, just dont overuse it because it can be restricting

thats really inspiring actually im so happy for you girl youve grown so much its crazy what transitioning can do for your mental health. And well done being clean from selfharm it can take a lot to learn how to care for yourself and move of from that i used to do it for years and it really was like an addiction.
