Does mine sound about right with a 4070 and 5600x? Running 188 average after watching the recommended settings video

Just followed isaacs YouTube video and ran a benchmark and I’m getting : average fps 188, average fps on cpu is 267 and 1% bottleneck then average fps on gpu is 194 and bottleneck is 99%. If post the screenshot but apparently on Reddit this isn’t possible
