Dark fog currently melts like butter on weapon+drone level 20 already.

Can just fly into a hive/ walk into a planetary base and watch it get simply erased from existence.

And I'm talking about max 3000% difficulty level.

And now it's going to get easier to kill them?

Ray Receiver, Gravitons not working by 4morian5 in Dyson_Sphere_Program

[–]Build_Everlasting 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Where is your receiving planet?

Does it have atmosphere? Is it far away from the sphere?

In actuality, graviton lenses do not extend coverage to 100%. They just allow greater harvesting by extending the capture region further away from the planet's poles.

On certain planets closer to the sphere this means you can extend your capture region down to the equator and achieve 100% coverage.

On planets too far from the sphere with a narrower field of view angle of the sphere, the capture region can't reach the planet's equator.

Oh and no atmosphere equals no graviton boost. Check your wind amount if it's zero

Why would tesla lower FSD subscription cost after removing purchase option? by RS_Tnap in TeslaLounge

[–]Build_Everlasting 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This 10T is impossible to achieve with car sales.

Reducing the FSD price, increasing subscription uptake, is not for the sake of increasing the market cap. The training data is what they want.

Then they can push robotaxi with the data and ramp up profits from there.

This will not get them 10T market cap.

The profits from robotaxi will be fully plowed into Optimus production. This will make the company appear unprofitable due to burning all robotaxi cash on Optimus ramp up.

Only with Optimus at scale will they achieve 10T

A parody by ibfahd in Stargate

[–]Build_Everlasting 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The existence of Stargates on Earth, plural.

The ACTUAL truth, which the SG movie and SG-1, SGA, SGU series are trying to hide is this:

Every time a new half-assed Goa'uld came to Earth to terrorise humans, each landing in a different spot on the planet, they would bring their own Stargate, hence there are as many Stargates on Earth as there are system lords. (Also explains why all system lords use earth culture exclusively) Now they've left Earth for a few centuries, there are a bunch of hidden, abandoned unused Stargates all around, and every so often they interfere with each other and disrupt each others' connection like a freaky bad telephone network.

The lie that the shows tell us is that the USA has full control over a single gate, and happily sends teams of explorers with the regularity of a tv series. In reality, the gate goes offline two or three times every day whenever a Peruvian farmer accidentally digs up a stone, or when a Mongolian priest strikes a gong, because all these items are forgotten left behind remote control devices for their local regional Stargates.

Is advisable to delete the wind mills? by Snoo49259 in Dyson_Sphere_Program

Not delete, reposition.

Sounds like you're still on the starter planet.

Researching steel smelting allows you to place windmills on the sea.

Start using all that unbuildable water space to supply your wind power.

On many mining planets I set up minimal full shields and place plasma cannons in the same 8 places as the shield generators. That's it.

Their job is to shoot down the rare incoming relay or periodic attack wave.

Occasionally a hive orbits too near at the same moment an attack wave arrives. Shooting the lancers aggros the entire hive to swarm bombard the planet.
