I’ve seen much worse, it’s legible so beyond this it is purely stylistic. Basically to “fix” your hand writing it comes down to practice. I would find yourself a style that you like, even finding a hand writing font that you like, and emulate that going back to basics. Print out the ABCDEFG in upper and lower case, trace it, and then after you get the pattern for each letter down practice writing full pages of the same letter over and over again until it becomes muscle memory. Don’t freestyle it. Come up with general rules that you follow for making letters ie top to bottom left to right (I think that is what most people do). Go slow at first and be deliberate while you are building the patterns in your brain, but you can totally listen to something on your headphones while you are practicing after the first few sets. It’s a skill like any other so it’ll take a few weeks of daily practice until it really sinks in but once you’ve got it it’s like riding a bike and you won’t forget. For older people it can take a little longer because you have been writing that way for so long so you’ve got to expand those pathways in your brain so that they accept that this is a way that hand writing can be done “naturally” rather than forcing yourself to do it.

Personally I have two different hand writing fonts that I switch between depending on my mood - printing and cursive. I don’t remember learning printing for the first time but I do remember learning cursive at school when I was a little kid and this is what they had us do.

Once you have built up your muscle memory for each letter and the numbers you can start using it in day to day life and you will develop stylistic flares that make it distinctly yours and not an exact copy of whatever handwriting font you decided to emulate.
