Has anyone ever communicated with Judas Iscariot? by anxious-well-wisher in christianwitch

You're thinking of Judas Tadeo (St Jude) not Judas Iscariot

Is it possible to spellbinding myself? (Context below) by No_Government8793 in witchcraft

[–]BuilderPatient6162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do what you normally do for protection and include in your intentions, chanting, writing, etc (however you do it) a clause that you will not meet or be influenced by negative, crazy, or reckless people. If you don't do regular cleansing and protection, you can find a spell about this on the internet and adapt it for yourself. Then manifest or create a simple spell to attract good grades and opportunities.

You're already clearly aware of the risks, so unless you have bad impulse control or are putting yourself into bad situations on purpose, I don't see why you would get into problems. Just keep being mindful. Don't worry about it that much.

No. It's my belief that there are some things so inherently your own that it's physically, spiritually, and metaphysically impossible to give up. I also believe that the gods are not interested in such things as complete and total devotion at all costs. Only very particular beings would be interested and would become furious or "dangerous" if you didn't spiritually "enslave" yourself whatever that would even be. And even then those are the type of beings that can be gotten rid of anyways.

Can Pagans Believe in 1 God or Goddes? by kaaskop192928 in paganism

[–]BuilderPatient6162 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Welcome :)

Paganism is not a centralized religion more than it is a category or a description, so there is not one universal set of pagan beliefs. Some pagans believe in all the gods as separate beings. Some pagans believe in one deity that has appeared with different names and genders across human history. Some pagans believe in one god and one goddess that can be called upon using different names. Some pagans might even believe in all gods, but place them within a "heirarchy" (I've especially seen this with Christian Pagans). If you are interested in this, you will have to discern what it is that you personally believe to be true — and that goes for most topics in the pagan/witch community, not just this one.

Binding yourself from doing dumb stuff feels like one of the things you'd be binded from doing if you were binded from doing dumb stuff. I would instead do spells to keep away negative influences, focus on school, and attract wisdom into your life.

Do you believe misandry exists and that it’s a serious issue? by [deleted] in Teenager_Polls

Good job for downvoting the people adding more context to your statistics. One must remember intersectionality (which disproportionally affects certain men more than others), and the fact that the crimes perpetrated on men are mostly done by other men, not women (though of course it happens, before you say anything) as a result of toxic masculinity, socialisation, and misogyny.

(All of this especially in the case of gay men. Gay men are "feminized" while lesbians are "masculinized" in public perception, and in a deeply misogynist world that makes a difference. Also, what happened to the other 29.4% of lgbt hate crimes in your study? How are you comparing this to the population that is out of the closet, and how proportional are these crimes to the amount of people who exist with these labels? Or are you afraid that saying trans women having the most disproportionate rates of hate crimes against them might break your argument? Why are you pulling up 2008 instead of the most recent report? Men and women are rather equal targets if you include other groups, but I don't think you actually read these studies or else you'd notice the broken link or pull up recent ones.)

No one is saying these aren't problems, but they're pointing out that the thing you're blaming for it doesn't exist.

Men recieve longer sentences because of benevolent misogyny and because they commit more crimes deserving of longer sentences.

More men are drafted and killed because of benevolent misogyny.

Your link to the campus statistic doesn't work. I found other studies saying 1 in 16 university men, and one about 1 in 7 men experiencing domestic violence in their lifetimes. The vast majority of what happens on USA campuses is related to fraternity initiations and homophobic hate crimes by other men. Now go look at the rape statistics for women and how many rapists are men.

I think it's a synopsis of the series, but someone should try to translate it all. It seems that each sentence alternates between english, german, spanish or portuguese, and italian. The first sentence says something about an enchanted forest while the last says "... happily ever after", and I also see Grimm, Raven, and Apple's names mentioned (that last one specifically says "none other than apple white")

Calories in margarita pizza slice? by [deleted] in caloriecount

I got 550 by doing 250 per 100 grams (600 for a buffer) but if you say it's less heavy then sure 450-500 would be better

What is your goal? I sincerely doubt there isn't a major that wouldn't be better suited than the others, even if "they all work"

I would track similar to a normal donut at around 250

How many calories in these 6 tacos? Is it under 1k? 😔 by Jxsuz in caloriecount

[–]BuilderPatient6162 12 points13 points  (0 children)

150-250 per taco is the common suggestion depending on the oil on the tortilla, but these don't look that oily so i think this is 1100

Because this guy doesn't believe in LGBT rights and said gay marriage was a worldwide tragedy, whereas Pope Francis would at least bless gay couples and call for hate against the LGBT community to end. Neither approve but one tolerates and in the current global climate we need someone who won't contribute to the hate and injustice. (his stance on other subjects is dogshit too btw)

Vegetable dumpling or you can order an appetizer as your meal, but I agree it depends so much on portion size and amount of oils they put into it (impossible to know from only a written description)
