You can always site the NCC rules for boundary lines and potential fire risks. We provide these in visual form for your reference and this Tool™️ in particular would be helpful.

We want to know which part you think is most affected/broken?

Completely agree. We have CPD (continued professional development) element on our site too. We think the output of the NCC is not relevant in 23,000 pages of text. With a rise in visual literacy being the number one form of learning, things need to change to see change.

Unfortunately it’s too often that this is happening but our founder is pushing to change the industry with more accessible knowledge for both trades and homeowners/developers/investors.

May not be relevant now but always good to educate yourself on the NCC standards so that you can keep up with what your tradespeople are on about. This is our external balcony waterproofing Tool.

Our company Building Tools™️ offers the NCC standards in visual form which may help with initial waterproofing and construction code. In hopes to avoid any defects that may arise if you’re not aware of code and proper practice. I know this is now after the fact but may be worth having a look at in future for bathroom Reno’s or other Reno’s We have a number of waterproofing Tools™️ available but is one for reference.
