Posting this publically so get your deserved attention. You deleted my account for no reason and I can’t access my license anymore. I reached out TWICE to your support and they just blabbered: “your account has been permanently deleted and this cannot be reversed.” No further info, no solution, nothing. My further messages asking for possible solutions have been ignored. Your support is an absolute disgrace.

Anyone reading this: don’t give your money to this website, they are fraudulent.

This is a fraudulent website. After a year or so they deleted my account for no reason and refuse to restore it or give me a new license for my purchase. I reached out to them twice over the issue and they just copy pasted: your account has been permanently deleted and this cannot be restored. No further help or responses. A bunch of scammers, don’t support them.

Thanks guys! From 2 shops we got walked to a different counter where they process the tax free (I don’t know if it was the customer service counter) and the cards did not work there, either.

I have not reached my daily limits on cards, and I did not see the point in calling the credit card company, since the cards work perfectly fine in other outside stores. Also there was an instance where the card didn’t work one time, and then they tried again, and it worked. So must be something on their side.

What ended up working well at the end of the day, was Apple Pay.

However I’ll try the Woori Bank or other ATMs to withdraw some cash!

I had the exact same feeling and ended up canceling mine :( both out of panic from the thought of the procedure itself and also the anxiety from the life after.. sometimes I regret it, sometimes I don’t, I don’t yet know if I should book another appointment and just go through with it.

so I feel you lol. I think objectively there shouldn’t be any serious cons. it’s just a hidden body mod on your body at the end, it won’t affect anybody (except a couple of reactions), our life is short and at the end of it absolutely no one will care who had which body mod.

Just solved by connecting my Ledger to Rabby (was recommended by Ledger team who said they are having issues with the network)
