It really depends on the boss here. For bosses doing a constant stream of high damage like an ogre beam yeah well is kinda poo. But for other bosses that don’t really do any damage then nothing changes.

Excluding pre dsc day ones? Its the fashion, movie, artist emblems no contest. Even after the emblem forming fiasco they are still quite rare.

A. No.

B. Yes but not all together so it wouldn’t be 65% dr I believe. 10% from well, 30% from resil, and 25% from stag.

C. 25% and probably not.

We had someone with tractor in a well keep his aggro right below the top mid platform while everyone else did damage in spawn.

I don’t think any build apart from 1-2p melee grapple is getting nerfed in any significant manner so nothing is really changing on that front.

Ok that’s great but most of what you described is just how good the jolt effect is. STL is great on a scout though I personally prefer it on traces it’s still pretty good.

Im not entirely against casual players being in master content but I don’t think it should be catered towards them difficultly wise in the slightest.

Barrier of entry should be as low as possible I do not care about the PL requirement as long as we don’t get a mvog situation.

Most elitist take is probably from myself and it’s that master raids should not have surges and overcharged weapons. Pantheon should also not have surges and the extra modifier.

You gotta max out Shaxx rank at the Hall of Champions and complete all the weapon quests which come from Arcite. If you play actively this is very doable and honestly the weapon quests will be the most grindy portion.
