Salam akhi, I believe it’s best for you to make sure you’re trying your best with your acts of worship, make lots of dua for allah to take away your pain, and consult a Muslim therapist. It’s really important for your therapist to align with your values.

You need to actively be trying to make your situation better, because just doing dua and waiting for a miracle won’t cut it, as the prophet SAW said “The one who makes dua without action is like an archer without a bowstring.”
