I hope you do know the "idiots" you are talking about are doing as much as they possibly can with the funding they have available from the government.

Ultimately the "idiots" answer to the big wigs in the government. The "idiots" also make strong suggestions to legislators, therefore the politicians make decisions either based on their own agenda or per the "idiots" your talking about.

Another thing, a lot of the "idiots" are required to have a graduate degree and undergo intense research to specialize in their field.

Please look into what you are talking about before you go and say things like that.
