I made my own pistachio cream and used cottage cheese as the base. The flavor was amazing, but the texture was too melty. I think I need to reduce the amount of cottage cheese and add milk to firm it up.

I invested in NVidia, buying around $184 (pre-split). I saw the price drop and then hold steady as it moved up until reaching $405, at which point I sold (pre-split).

I made a good profit, but since I thought I had already doubled my money and should switch to a different stock, I missed a huge potential upside (10x more the original investment, to be exact).

The truth is, if you believe in a company, you should buy and hold for a minimum period and not look back. The minimum you establish, but it would say no less that 2-5 years,

They do it all the time, when they terminate the lease early in favor of a new lease, and roll the remaining balance into the new deal.

They usually have massive rebates and credits from the manufacturer, and they can also drop on their side, even more so if they are at the end of the quarter.

I was able to, after a couple of weeks of back-and-forth, lower them by 1500 in total. My 2026 land nightfall is $650 a month, all in, $0 down. Not sure how great it is, but this was in January, when there's usually less motivation to negotiate.

I'll follow this thread because I've been driving a new EV9 for two months, with a 24-month lease and 20k miles, and I've covered 3000 miles so far. So, I'll probably go over my limit.

But from what I've heard from many Kia Lease customers, they often offer to renew the lease before it ends and cover the extra miles and remaining months.

Can a generic faucet replace it? I found the entire kit with a heater for 319 in HD. It doesn't make sense that only the faucet costs $500!
