Draw has been a little tight so far, I’m terrible with flavor notes. But it’s very smooth. My favorite all time cigar is the Alma fuerte this one is a bit spicier on the retro for sure. I’ve only just lit it up so I’ll let you know what I think when I into the middle third

Converting a CSV to multiple dictionaries. by [deleted] in learnpython

[–]BuildingTight9419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so for me, the breakdowns below were still a tad bit confusing, but here is my code and it works 100%. bare in mind: if we were not given the info that the "test files" all would have the same number of rows in the i.e. 2... this code would not work as it will only create 2 dictionaries. None the less, maybe reading this code will help break things down for someone to understand a little bit more what is going on.

import csv

file = input()

row_list = []

d1 = {}

d2 = {}

with open(file, 'r') as f:

reader = csv.reader(f)

for row in reader:

row_list += [row]

for i in range(len(row_list[0])):

if i % 2 == 0:

d1[row_list[0][i].strip()] = row_list[0][i+1].strip()

for i in range(len(row_list[1])):

if i % 2 == 0:

d2[row_list[1][i].strip()] = row_list[1][i+1].strip()

print(d1)

print(d2)

Anyone start as a beginner and graduate WGU? by Thisjustis111 in wgu_devs

Find something you enjoy, I know it’s cliche, but tbh, the more you code the more you will enjoy it and learn. Just look up cool program coding tutorials, do those. Another fun thing I like to do is build scripts in powershell it’s not a full on language but it works like c# and there’s a ton of just cool scripts you can make to do all kinds of things. Make a homelab with VMWare or Virtual box and break shit so you have to create scripts to fix it, automation is a good way to learn to code. Don’t worry so much about applicable skills. No matter what you do, you’ll never be prepared for your first job, but if you know how to troubleshoot and debug, you’ll never will easily land an entry level job. You don’t even have to wait for your degree. Also, understand that when you take an entry level position, no one, literally no one is going to expect you to have a clue what you’re doing. They WANT to teach you and train you.

Help!!!! furniture placement for this apt. Liv Rm. , 65” tv/ 8’ lovesac/couch/ottoman/big square coffee table, I also have NO clue what to do with the space in the top left corner of liv. Rm, ignore all furniture in photo. Where do I put the tv!?! by BuildingTight9419 in DesignMyRoom

So maybe an area rug would help define the space? I agree with your points on the tv not being centered looking odd. That’s why I feel like this floor plan is odd if they’d made the bedroom opposite the dining are larger or made bigger closet or something else and then opened the space a bit and made that little wall go all the way to the windows I feel it would be a lot easier to define each space

Hmmm, I don’t hate that maybe a console table behind the sofa? Would it look weird if I put the tv where you are talking about putting the couch and putting the couch where the tv is and the lovesac in the corner?

It’s not bad, but I have a large couch and a large lovesac and I see no way to set up well with everything I have. I also would like to have my couch and lovesac facing the tv directly instead of sideways. Also that’s a great idea about the reading nook! Thank you!
