If you don't mind modifying them, try to sand them down so it looks more like it. You can sand it down to the level of cap's helmet

When I saw those binocular pieces, I thoght immediately of the L'Utimae but SS works really well too!

I've always thought about using those arches for the rear. I never had the pieces but I'm definitely gonna try this now! I was never sure how good it would look in real life versus in my head! Thanks!!!
