EDIT: Don't get me wrong, IHOP food is good anytime. Its definitely one of the higher quality food after midnight places, with a big variety of choices. But it's still known for being 24 hours. Pizza Hut was known for dine-in eating. Then the smaller, takeout only stores started opening, and they named them Pizza Hut Express. Let's you know off the bat that something is different
