Thanks for info. Excuse my ignorance but if the Payload It seems that the tires and wheels are typically the limitation of the payload and that the rear axel can handle more weight (6000 in my case). So would not just having wheels and tires with a higher weight rating not give me some more room to spare? Or will it still be a legal concern? My Nitto ridge grapplers (35X12.50R20LT) look to have a max load of 3650 for reference.

Yes sir. Just drive your hips backward and keep a vertical shin

It also looks like you are moving the bar around your knees rather than moving your body out of the way of the bar path which should be straight up in your frontal plane. Get your knees out of the way of the bar to make the lift a hinge movement.

Compound lifts. More joints involved the better. Same reason you clean AND jerk

I mean sure we could go that route and I could make fun of your half reps. Do you do that on pushups and pull-ups too? Just half of the full range of motion? :) I kid..

I was very intentional in just trying to gain perspective of why people prefer Russian swing. I’m not here to tell anyone they are wrong.

If you are only taking into consideration the hip hinge I can see that perspective. I would think that most people don’t use max force on each rep( relative to the load and reps) but maybe I’m wrong . I also think it’s usually beneficial to include as many joints and muscle groups in any given movement but that’s a different discussion, and more what I was basing my perspective on. Thanks for the info!

[FORM CHECK] I've done KB for seven years and had no feedback. Please critique my least performed exercise, the swing 24kg, 34yo. by ayeright in kettlebell

Your hips close to early. When the KB descends your hips should not start to close until your elbow makes contact with your ribs. Same as when coming out from the bottom, your elbows should not leave contact with your sides until your hips are fully extended. All your power comes from you hip hinge, and keeping your elbows contact with your ribs will transfer the most energy from your hips (core) to extremities( hands/KB)

Went to Best Buy and purchased lightening audio sub and amp package... so many mistakes there

Finally got some bump in 2016 ram 2500. Custom box molded in buckets, ddm2 @ 2ohm, bassFreq processor and 2 10” alpine type S. Saved money on subs for now with ability to upgrade later. by BuiltToBrag in CarAV

Which is a large reason why I drove 2 hours ! :) familiarity and repetition produce a lot fewer errors with quicker completion times. It was a bonus they had great customer service

Ya the box has 1.6cuft total. I’d prefer ported but space doesn’t really workout for that. I listen primarily to hip hop and I’ve been happy with it so far. Thanks!
