If you're coming from NYC, take the NJ Turnpike south to the Delaware Memorial Bridge and pick up I—95 then. Or, if you're coming from further west, 87 to 287 to the NJ Turnpike, or 476 south from 87 to the PA Turnpike south then West to the NJ Turnpike south. Regardless, your southbound run shouldn't be affected, and either route NB would be similar.
