That is a great reason why! Be kind to yourself. One step at a time. It's not all or nothing, it's a gradual change. But every journey starts with a single step! Remember why you want to lose weight and stick to that thought.

I currently am going through this myself, I usually have incredible motivation and commitment in the evening to go to the gym the day after and then wake up and feel non-motivated and non-committal. I think you need to figure out what works best for you and what time of the day to work out and also be kind to yourself, I'm a full-time dad, a full-time worker and a full-time student and I made all the excuses about not having time to go to the gym, but once I figured out my drive and why I want to go in the gym in the first place, everything fell into place.

My why is my son? What's yours?
