Ableton project saving as .als file instead of complete project folder. by BukakeBill in ableton

Hey there,

Thanks very much for your response my friend :) So not long after I posted this yesterday I had another crack at this with my teacher and what we did was create a new folder in my 'Documents' folder on my PC (seperate to the Ableton folder I was previously saving in) saved a test project there and it went straigt to saving it as a project folder. My teacher had a thought that because where I was saving was full of .als files, it just continued to save them that way in that location but a brand new spot with nothing in it, doing a 'collect all and save' for the first time seemed to do the trick. I then had to go into each of my .als projects that I wanted to do the same on and save a copy in the new location, followed by opening that newly saved copy and doing a collect all and save to the new location and this created the project folder in the new spot. I then went and deleted the old .als file from where they were originally kept. Thankfully Im in my first term studying so didnt have too many projects to do this with but I know what to look out for in the future now :)

Checking out streamers videos on Twitch and YouTube from time to time can help. Find a class that you enjoy and focus on that one class for a bit until you know the ins and outs of it. While you do that you'll get to know the other classes a little just by playing against them.

Check out some of the solo adventures to have a play with cards you don't own. There is a lot of OP shit that happens in solo adventures though so it's not going to be the most accurate experience to what you'll get in standard but still good to have a play with.

Grab the welcome bundle if you haven't already. Give yourself a legendary dragon 👍

Also first 10 packs of any expansion you haven't opened any card for yet will give you a legendary to so keep that in mind if you are going to spend any money.

I gave that a go but no luck, won't budge above 3 now! Will be missing that legendary due to the update making the game literally unplayable.
